For Health and Wellness 2020

Looking for gifts for the foodie or the health and wellness interested person in your life? I got you covered. Explore the ideas below for some ideas I know you will love!

I really love putting together themed baskets for gifts. It's a great way to include various items that fit the personality of your recipient. Try a Local food or 'High End' food basket for the gourmet in your life!

Healthful Cookbooks

If you want a more substantial gift that isn't a food basket, these are some staples I use in my home kitchen. They make meal prep easier and I truly love all of these!

Kitchen Gadgets

This year has been one for the books and at the beginning most of us dived into some *much* needed self-care tactics. Treat someone special (or yourself) to some of these soothing and healthful products.

Self Care Must Haves

ProSource Fit Acupressure Mat
  • Blue light blocking glasses- help promote sleep by blocking blue light

  • Lavender heated shoulder wrap

  • Acupressure mat- I purchased one of these for myself and some for gifts. Absolute best for relieving pain and tension.

  • Gua shu stone- Relieves tension and helps fine lines, wrinkles and lymph drainage

  • Asari clay mask

  • Ella Mila nail polish - 9 Toxin free nail polish that actually stays on

  • Journal

  • Stainless steel or glass water bottle

  • Himalayan Salt Lamp

  • Essential Oil diffuser

  • The Joyful Co- mugs, gifts, and printables

Before this year, I never would have thought to gift home products to anyone. But when cleaning supplies were gone for months at a time this year I discovered some new, clean, wonderful products that I love and that I gifted too!

Favorite Home Products

  • Force of Nature Cleaning Products- This might be my favorite product of the year. You make your own SAFE cleaning solution at home. Using only water, electricity, and sodium! And it ships to your door so no need to drive all over town to find cleaning products!

  • Dropps subscription- Laundry detergent with clean ingredients, ecofriendly packaging, and a carbon neutral company. Another quarantine find that has been great and ships to me on a schedule.

  • Wool dryer balls

  • Aloe Vera Plant

  • The Home Edit books

  • Label Maker- If someone you know loves to organize, this pocket-size label maker is a must!

Comment and tell me your favorite finds and what you would add to this list.
