Lemon helps support your liver detoxification pathways and can trigger healthful digestion.

Dairy free alternatives for fermented yogurt still provides probiotics that help feed our good gut bacteria but does not initiate inflammation like most traditional dairy products.

Collagen provides amino acids to help build proteins and repair cells as well as heal intestinal permeability.


  • 1 5oz container plain Coyo non-dairy yogurt

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries ⁣

  • 1/4 frozen banana ⁣

  • 1/2 lemon juiced ⁣

  • Lemon zest ⁣

  • 6oz Califia Farms Toasted Coconut almond milk ⁣

  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen powder ⁣


Blend all of your ingredients in a high speed blender. ⁣ ⁣This smoothie is thick and creamy. If you prefer a lighter smoothie add water or more milk to thin to desired texture. ⁣
