Protein Packed Chia Seed Pudding

Most of my clients tell me that they struggle with breakfast outside of eggs. If you don't like smoothies, are in an egg-rut, or just want to try something different, this Chia seed pudding is full of high quality proteins and healthy fats to keep you full, satisfied, and alert.


Ingredients:

1/4 cup + 3 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

2 cups Coconut Milk

1/2-3/4 cup blueberries


Process:

In a blender add milk and collagen peptides, blend until smooth.

In a large glass bowl transfer milk. Whisk in chia seeds until well combined. Add in Blueberries and stir gently.

Refrigerate overnight in large bowl or can portion into individual containers for 'grab-and-go'.
